Privacy Policy

How the DotPoin service (“Service”) collects, uses and protects data. The Service operator processes data only to run the product, handle payments and provide support. By continuing to use the Service, you accept this Policy.

1. General

  1. This Privacy Policy describes data processing when you use DotPoin (website, panel, API).
  2. If you disagree with this Policy — do not register or use the Service.

2. What we collect

  1. Account: email, name/login, technical session identifiers.
  2. Payments: transaction data with payment providers; we keep status, amount and payment identifiers.
  3. Technical metadata: API access facts (without prompt/response/image contents), device/browser, IP — for billing and abuse protection. We do not archive request contents or generation results (no-log).
  4. We do not request unnecessary sensitive data (passport, biometrics, etc.) unless required by law or a feature you explicitly opt into.

3. How we use data

  1. Service operation: login, balance, API keys, support.
  2. Payments and fraud prevention.
  3. Security and stability: anti-spam/abuse; aggregated analytics without identifying you personally.

4. Sharing with third parties

  1. Payment providers — for payment processing only.
  2. Infrastructure (hosting, CDN, email) — only as needed to run the Service.
  3. We do not sell data. Other disclosures — only by law or with your consent.

5. Retention and protection

  1. Account data — while the account is active or required by law.
  2. Technical and security metadata — limited period; prompt/generation contents are not kept as an archive.
  3. We take reasonable security measures; absolute security online cannot be guaranteed.

6. Your rights

  1. You may request access, correction or deletion where permitted by law and technically possible.
  2. You may disable your account; some data may remain in backups for a limited time.

7. Cookies and analytics

  1. Essential cookies — login, payments, security; the Service will not work without them.
  2. Analytics/functional cookies — product improvement in aggregate form.
  3. By continuing to use the site or accepting in the banner, you accept essential and (if consented) analytics cookies.
