Public Offer

Terms of the contract for paid services through third-party payment providers.

1. Subject of offer

  1. We provide access to service functionality (including API and text/image generation and editing models); payment gives the right to use paid features according to the tariffs.
  2. The contract is considered concluded upon successful payment confirmed by the payment provider.

2. Cost and tariffs

  1. Current prices and service volumes are published in the service interface.
  2. We may update tariffs; new prices apply to future payments.

3. Payment procedure

  1. Payment is processed through third-party providers; we do not store payment card details.
  2. Service is considered provided after balance top-up or subscription activation.

4. Refusal and refunds

  1. Refunds are possible in cases provided by law and service rules; requests are handled through support.
  2. Used service portions are not refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. User responsibility

  1. You alone bear full responsibility for all requests, prompts, uploaded files, generated content, and any further use of the results.
  2. You must comply with the applicable laws of your country (and any other jurisdiction where you act), including rules on intellectual property, personal data, extremism, fraud, materials involving minors, and other prohibitions.
  3. Any unlawful activity using the Service is solely your responsibility. The Service operator does not review request or result content and is not liable for your actions or their consequences.
  4. Some models (including uncensored ones) may return adult materials. Their use is allowed only where such content is lawful in your jurisdiction; all responsibility remains with you.

6. No-log content policy

  1. We do not retain the contents of your prompts, chat messages, uploaded images, or generation/editing results for later viewing, training, or transfer to third parties as a content archive.
  2. For billing, security, and account operation we may store technical metadata (for example: account/key id, model, request volume/cost, time, IP, and service statuses) without storing the content itself.
  3. Short-lived in-memory/GPU processing of content is required to fulfill the request and does not mean we keep an archive of your materials.

7. Other terms

  1. All notices are provided electronically (interface, email).
  2. Law and mandatory requirements relevant to service provision and payment infrastructure apply.
