User Agreement — DotPoin

1. General

By using the Service, you confirm that:
- You accept this Agreement and the Service’s related documents.
- You accept Privacy Policy.
- For paid features you agree with Billing Terms.
- You have reviewed Public Offer.
- You have read License Policy (generated content).
If you disagree with the Agreement or related documents — do not use the Service.

The Service provides panel, API and models (text/images and related features) under published tariffs.
Payment tops up balance or activates a paid feature; volume and cost depend on the chosen model/plan. Current prices are on the pricing page. /pricing/
The Service is not a bank or money-transfer operator by itself: payments are processed by third-party providers.

You may not use the Service for content or actions that:
- Infringe copyright or trademarks.
- Include hate, discrimination, or unlawful violence.
- Are illegal in your jurisdiction (including extremism, materials involving minors, fraud).
- Deceive users (scams, harmful fakes).
Also prohibited:
- Violating applicable law.
- DDoS, hacking, spam, interfering with the Service.
- Harassment or threats.
You alone must verify legality of requests and results. Uncensored models do not permit illegal content.

The Service is provided “as is” (AS IS). We:
- Do not guarantee generation results will match expectations.
- Do not moderate your content for legal compliance.
- Are not liable for your actions, losses, or third-party claims related to use of the Service.
You are fully responsible for:
- Complying with your country’s laws and third-party rights.
- All requests, uploads, results and further use.
- Consequences of unlawful or improper use.
The Service need not store/restore deleted content and does not keep a content archive (see no-log).

We do not retain prompts, chat, uploads or generation results as a content archive.
For billing and security we may keep technical metadata (account/key, model, volume/cost, time, IP, statuses) without a content archive.
Short-lived processing to fulfill a request is not archival storage.

The platform, code, design and marks of the Service belong to the operator / rights holders.
Rights in your generated output are governed by License Policy and applicable law; you get no rights in the models or infrastructure.
Copying, reverse-engineering or extracting Service components outside permitted API use is prohibited.

We may suspend or block access for Agreement breaches, abuse, complaints or lawful requests — without archiving your content on the Service side.
We may refuse service where it risks the Service, other users, or the law.
We may update this Agreement; the current version is on the website (date above).

Prices are shown in the UI and on the pricing page; updated prices apply to future payments. /pricing/
Payments go through third-party providers; we do not store card details.
A digital service is considered delivered after balance credit / access activation. Used portions are generally non-refundable.
Payment/refund questions — via support (email / tickets), preferably within a reasonable time (about 24 hours from the disputed transaction), with payment details. support@dotpoin.com, /contacts.
Abusive chargebacks without contacting support may lead to account block and dispute of the refund.
