Billing Terms

How payment works, what counts as a successful payment, and how services are calculated when using third-party payment providers.

1. Providers and security

  1. Payment is processed through third-party providers; we do not store card data.
  2. Payment security is provided by the provider according to its standards (PCI DSS, etc.).

2. Currency and calculation

  1. Base billing currency — USD; final amount may be converted by the payment provider.
  2. Service and token costs are indicated at the time of payment; upon successful payment, balance is topped up automatically.
  3. All payment system commissions may be displayed separately and are regulated by the provider's terms.

3. Confirmation and activation

  1. Payment is considered successful after provider confirmation.
  2. After confirmation, top-up or service activation happens automatically; status is available in the account.

4. Refunds and disputes

  1. Refunds depend on the nature of the service and its provision status; requests are handled through support.
  2. Payment disputes may require interaction with the payment provider; we will provide confirming service data.

5. Payment via WebMoney

  1. We accept payments via WebMoney. Our WM identifier: 205700518049. WM Passport Personal
  2. WebMoney payments are accepted automatically. Payments are accepted only from this website and only to the specified wallet.
